CA Shyam Bhatia, B.Com, DISA, FCA, is the esteemed founder of our firm. As a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. In addition to his impressive academic credentials, CA Shyam Bhatia also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit.
With over 23 years of experience in the field of Chartered Accountancy Practice, CA Shyam Bhatia has honed his skills in various areas, including Tax Audit, Direct and Indirect Tax Consultation, NRI Taxation, Statutory Audit, Audits of Trusts and Societies, Bank Financing Consultancy, Government Subsidy Consultation, Management Consultancy, Bank Audits, and other allied areas. He is particularly well-versed in Direct Tax Consultancy, including Assessments and Appeals.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, CA Shyam Bhatia is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. He is an active member of the Sri Sathya Sai Trust and holds the positions of Treasurer and Chairman of the Parents’ Committee for the Trust’s school. In his free time, he enjoys indulging in his hobbies, which include playing cricket and watching movies.
